2. What we collect
Name, phone number, email address, vehicle details or registration, location or suburb, a description of the damage, and any photographs you upload or send by WhatsApp.
3. Why we collect it
Solely to assess whether paintless dent repair is suitable, prepare a quote, schedule the repair, and communicate with you about that work. We do not sell your information.
4. Damage photographs
Photos you submit are used for assessment and quoting. We may use anonymised before-and-after images for marketing only where no registration plate or identifying detail is visible, and you may object at any time by contacting us.
5. Sharing and storage
Information may be shared with the panel shop, dealership or fleet operator directly involved in your repair, and with the email or messaging providers used to receive your enquiry. We keep records only as long as needed for the repair and legal obligations.
6. Your POPIA rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa. Send requests to info@purepdr.com.
