Terms of Service

1. Quotes and assessment
Quotes issued from photographs are estimates. Final scope and pricing are confirmed once the panel is physically inspected, as paint condition, previous repairs and dent access affect what paintless dent repair can achieve.
2. Suitability of paintless repair
PDR is suitable where the paint surface is intact. Where paint is cracked, stretched or previously refinished, we will advise you before starting and may recommend conventional repair instead.
3. Turnaround
Turnaround times are indicative. Multi-panel, hail and high-volume fleet work is scheduled by agreement.
4. Payment
Payment is due on completion unless commercial account terms have been agreed in writing with a panel shop, dealership or fleet operator.
5. Liability
We work to professional PDR standards and carry responsibility for our workmanship. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, paint defects disclosed before work began, or indirect losses such as vehicle downtime.
